This 1800's farmhouse has been a staple of the Union Pier, MI community for over 100 years. Pure Built Homes completed a full gut/renovation of the home. The layout of this home was completely altered. The kitchen was moved to the opposite side of the house and multiple unconditioned spaces were converted to livable square footage.
