Meet the Builder

Zach Grover
Owner
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Olivet Nazarene University, Zach got into the building industry in 2015 starting his own custom furniture and cabinetry company, overseeing the design and build of all projects. His eye for detail and drive to pursue bigger projects led him to pursue a job in Project Management for a respected custom home builder along Lake Michigan. In his time there, Zach led and managed complex home builds and renovations along the lakeshore ranging from 3500-8000 square feet. During this time, Zach gained experience and knowledge in solving the challenges that building on Lake Michigan presents, that can only be learned on the job.

Zach believes a builder is only as good as his or her team and strives to create and foster relationships with the highest quality team members, trades specialists, and subcontractors. This leads to the same level of attention being given to your home every step of the way.
When Zach isn't working, you can find him spending time with his wife Erin, son Asher (7), and daughter Emma (2). They love to spend time outdoors and can be found exploring new restaurants and breweries together.

Our Process
Building quality homes requires tried and true processes. Our building process is just that. We do not skip steps in this process, and by doing so we are always in control of the project rather than the project being in control of us. We utilize this process for all of our services.
